These free classes, offered simultaneously, are geared at 8-12 and 13-17 year-olds. When the yoga class ends, students will stay in the same room for an art activity until the parent’s class is finished.

For adult practitioners, this conference looks to be pretty dynamic. Not free, but reasonably priced considering the amount of practice in which you can engage. Terrific asana and pranayama tracks from which to choose Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced style classes!
